that whole strip is a funny mish-mosh of 19th century and early 20th urban design, i imagine that corner building is one of the older ones before morganfords width was set.

I think the rendering is off slightly. The existing building has a 4 to 5 foot wide sidewalk on its sides and this new building is supposed to retain that size. It would be nice to have more space for outdoor seating for the café, but I don't see that happening as the first floor of the new building is going to be parking. The only retail space will be in the existing 1902 building at Wyoming and Morgan Ford. Also, this building's name is WYMO.
