Is the Museum district a low to midrise area? I see single family homes above & how far from downtown is it? Is there any light rail nearby? The tower by itself is quite interesting!

It will definitely stick out (in a good way in my opinion) as the immediate surrounding areas are low rise with a few midrises. It's along light rail (station being about 5 blocks away) between Downtown and the Texas Medical Center.
