Do you mean the little badger head statue above the doors to each chamber? Of course I saw those! I thought it was kind of funny. There was also a giant badger at the entrance to the governor's conference room. lol.

I was amazed at the lack of security inside the building though. No metal detecters or anything. They didn't even have those concrete barriers around it, or anything blocking people from driving their car up those four diagonal streets leading right up to the doors. I guess Wisconsin doesn't have to worry about terrorists.

@Harryc - that was on the NW corner of capitol sqaure. You can just barely see that big glass building in the far right of that pic.
