Here's the Belcrest Hotel at 637 Hauser Boulevard. The property websites indicate that it was built in 1948.

It survives as the Belcrest Apartments, although its neighbors are a little larger and closer than they once were. I wish they'd replaced the windows with ones that better resembled the originals. There are more current pictures on
the property management company's website.
