The reason I think not photoshopped is that other than adjusting exposure and contrast, that wouldn't be considered acceptable practice by UArt's library and of course there was no such thing as photoshop in the 1920s, when the photo was shot.

Yea I had zoomed in quick and saw strips with a quick glance and thought it was Neons which I then had to search up and saw that Neons were found in 1898 and were used in current fashion in 1920's up until they weren't so thats interesting, I'm surprised Philly doesn't have more retro Neon around.
Also thats interesting I didn't know that, I'm glad UArts does not photoshop photos and keeps them as fresh as possible.
