This doesn't mean that they are responsible for the design. It doesn't matter who hired the structural engineers contractually, etc. It was solely Studio Gang who designed the building and was responsible for the lack of shear along with the engineering consultant.
bKL is responsible for the CD's and had absolutely nothing to do with the form making of the project.
