Sorry for asking a basic question that ended up having the thread hijacked by a dumb reply. Had nothing to do with asking why Alabama isnt on par with Texas when it comes to attracting immigrants, but I understand that we live in a world where everything must be compared to extremes. Just seems strange that 1 state would see a decline while every other *similar* state I looked at showed decent gains..
