Thanks, FH. I really enjoyed meeting you and Deborah and Jon. Community gardening is fun at the best of times, but doing it with people who think and care alot about their city - even better!
I talked to Paul and we can use their water. I'll slip by during the week and give the perennials some water. Hopefully they'll take. Even if they do though, it will be a couple of years before they really start to fill the space, so let's hope the bulbs take. Fingers crossed.
