I happened upon this amazing cabinet card last night on ebay.

There appears to be an open space on the left, behind all the horses and buggies. Could this possible be Central Park?
The mountains in the background could possibly be a clue. (I'm not very good at matching up mountain ridges) -also note the large stone house behind the flagpole.
Does anyone recognize the uniforms?
because I sure don't.

As a reminder, and to newcomers: Central Park eventually became Pershing Square.
