Most of the news has been on Raleigh or Durham, but here's an update on downtown Chapel Hills.

Northwood Ravin joins Cousins Properties for $100M project in Chapel Hill

123 W. Franklin development is expected to begin demolition and site prep later this year and vertical development to start early 2015. More info.
