I was thinking it could be. Seems there will basically be 3 sections to the tower, wich each section slightly smaller as it rises (unless the apartments just become larger). The store itself will be equally underground as much as the first floor.
If you look at the Manhattan Bridge, the building itself will be more than twice as high as the bridge towers. It will be as much an iconic image of New York as the Domino development will be with the Williamsburg Bridge...
