That would be a crime against humanity. A site like this deserves something unique to complement the world famous bridge. On another note, this tower will dominate everything near it. Its good to see Downtown somewhat expanding. First with Beekman, 56 Leonard, now this, it seems that taller towers are sprouting further away from the main highrise/skyscraper cluster.
