First Gulf is a huge commercial developer - they were the lead proponents of East Harbour in Toronto before selling it to Cadillac Fairview. their residential arm, Great Gulf, is also the developer of 1 Bloor East and the Mirvish-Gehry towers.


The parcel they purchased is 412 Garner Road East, right beside Highway 6. There was a plan of subdivision filed in December I believe. This is possibly the primest land in the AEGD as it's directly beside the 403, and the closest lands to the GTA.
