There has been a $23,000,000 purchase for 85 acres of industrial land near the Hamilton airport by First Gulf . First Gulf is a development, construction, leasing, finance and property management company. At present they own 100 acres at Hwy 6 at Garner Road on airport development lands and are building the 330,000 sf L3 WESCAM building at the top of HWY 6 in Waterdown. They have a a lot in Toronto and Oakville.
