Does anyone how many sf Extell has put together here? Can't seem to find any estimates.
Tower wise, this is a huge lot, but it's oddly shaped which should force Extell to come up with something creative. It would be nice if they incorporate a public plaza of some sort, this stretch of 8th gets absolutely packed with tourists.
