Yeah, I bought a Chrysler and Empire State Building model from the vendors market that is currently on site. But I would much rather see that site being developed. I hope Extell wows here. Although I like 55 Hudson Yards, I liked Extell's plan for the WPC (below) that was planned for that site. They swapped sites with Related for this one, and I don't think Extell will disappoint here or with the planned 5th Avenue tower.
