This is big government/partisan politics at its worst. Harassment of private citizens for no apparent reason other than pophobia of the "other side" and rUsSiAn OliGArChs. The result: a scar on the cityscape where there would otherwise be a vibrant block of shops, homes, jobs and people to fill them.
