The land and development agreement for this property was just sold to Norman Ross & Family. They have stated there is no time frame for construction. The building will be rentals.
There are currently 500+ units underway in the North-End. I don't know the exact unit breakdown but assuming 2.25 per unit that is ~1'125 new residents in this year's proposals alone (I predict more to come in 2014-2015).
