Wow, great renders. Here in Toronto these types of designs are basically unheard of for new towers going up (and we have the greatest number of highrises u/c and proposed in north america) so it is kinda sad for us. Our towers are mostly boxes with some sort of play on the balconies. Also, the fact that this is only 200m (which isn't incredibly tall), and yet has such a great design is amazing. Hope the developers here learn something from you guys
