While personally I think that an office which looks less house-like would be a better and more appropriate choice for the site, I have a feeling that anything larger and more urban in nature would rile the locals up even more. Number Ten's design strikes me as a reasonable compromise... a small commercial development on a site which has little appeal as residential property.

I took a look the petition and there is a weirdly large number of out of province signees.... I can't honestly say that I care how someone in Boca Raton who left Norwood in 1962 feels about the matter.
