A city Target would be awesome. The downtown area is definitely ready for it. The article says they'll do a small boutique grocery in the middle of the Union Row project, and a bigger affordable store on a site towards the South City area. If they go with a affordable store then I'll expect a Save of Lot, Cash Saver, or Superlo Foods as one of the stores.
