Yep, Malaysia is actually the 12th most visited country in the world, more so than say Russia, Canada or Greece.
KL is the 9th most visited city, neck n neck with NYC (and with more tourists than say Rome or Tokyo).
Many come for a first world version of Thailand (landscapes) -but hassle-free and English speaking
