Somewhere along the top (and sometimes along the bottom, too) there should be an icon of a clock with an arrow wrapped around it. Hit that and a time slider should appear with older aerials. It should also be listed in the 'View' menu as Historical Imagery.

There is also www.historicaerials.com which can have a lot of different years depending on location, although in this case they had nothing between 1980 and 2003. They have watermarks across the images but they're still helpful if you're looking for something. There is a dissolve function there that lets you fade between any two sets of images with a slider bar.
