Well, like so many other of these proposals that have been in Denver the last several decades or so... will this really get built as is, or will it get cut down some 50 stories and end up another 31 story building?

And.... I wonder how this will satisfy Denver's new Green Roofs Initiative?

If I remember correctly I believe that if your project isn't exactly feasible for a green roof the city will exempt you from needing one. I hope this is the case, I don't think green roofs in Denver will ever be that great. Its to arid here.
