The US entry is of course a bland corporate structure that resembles a shopping center. The design is as stale and dated as the country itself is becoming.
Design highlight- they made its shape in plan view conceptually resemble an 'eagle'... lolz... I think a high school drafting student designed the project, but I could be mistaken. (lol j/k)
It's also behind schedule. At one point, it appeared that the US would be a no-show, because the US organizers had a terrible time raising construction funding from sponsors (the govt contributed nothing. It's purely corporate interests representing the American people).
