300 South Tryon
It hasn't officially been announced yet, but new
plans and
images have surfaced for a new tower at 300 South Tryon. LEED Gold. 25 occupied floors with additional 3 floors of underground parking. Will include a 30' wide "linear park" connecting Tryon Street with Bearden Park. Ground floor retail space. The smaller building shown in the renderings is a possible hotel or residential that may be built on top of the parking lot.
