Brazos County Commissioners Learn About $250 Million Dollar High Rise Condo Development

A $250 million dollar high rise condo project was unveiled at Tuesday’s Brazos County commission meeting.

Developer Ram Galindo says groundbreaking is planned for late spring next year on the first of five 12 story buildings at what’s being called Innovation Towers.

Galindo says a municipal utility district is being formed for the project, which is located along Villa Maria south of the Autumn Lakes subdivision.

Commissioners will consider Galindo’s request to ask for widening Villa Maria to Highway 47.
