I find ABOR's arguments convincing, but I suppose I'm probably inclined to think so given my biases. So we'll see. I still am not all that comfortable with the Omni deal. But I think the point is well-taken that the right answer if you care enough to take action is to lobby or vote out the governor that is appointing the ABOR regents and voting with them to approve this deal. The right answer isn't to have the AG file a lawsuit and ask the Courts to second-guess ABOR's policy decisions.
