Saudi Arabia has one of the
strictest visa policies in the world. This tower might not be
haram like the Mecca tower for non-Muslims, but the country doesn't even offer tourist visas to see it in person. So it's pretty much up to local photographers and Hajj pilgrims to get pictures of this tower.
