Crossposting this source article and the image taken from it from the Phoenix thread. These are estimates from Redfin of the cities with the largest net inflows of people in 2020. I was surprised by the presence of two of the cities listed. One was nearby Knoxville, but Greenville was also unexpected! It looks like Greenville and the upstate may be staring down a period of unprecedented growth!

Interesting, it seems like South Carolina's urban centers are all rising to a boil in terms of growth, with the Charleston and Myrtle Beach metros having also posted significant growth rates, by current census bureau estimates from 2019.
