I found Dale's Beauty Salon in the 1960 CD. It was at 8114 Seville Avenue, South Gate (8114 is visible on the sign). I think the "EMP..." blade sign that's visible over the left end of the streetcar belonged to the Wilma Mitchell Agency and said "EMPLOYMENT".
