Was looking at the website last night.
The apartments look good. The town houses look good. Why do the single families have to look like every other single family built in the last 20 years. They are out of character with everything else they proposed.
It's not that they are especially bad, just looks like they spent all their time on the apartments and town houses then pulled these out of a file cabinet and said good enough. Done.
