I actually love that Rohm and Haas Building. It's so 60s cool in a brutalist way. I can just imagine all those Rohm and Haas executives out on those balconies smoking and drinking at 9:30 am after their long 20 minute commutes.
Plus, the ground floor under 3001 is screaming for a Beer Garden a la Independence Beer Garden.
