It looks like the Hotel Normandie has resolved its plumbing issues and restoration is going full steam, with eta "Fall 2012."

Evidently, pedestal mounted advertising was very popular in the '20s! (Could the Knight be pointing toward "Dick" Whittington's eye-in-the-sky or future Drones? )
