Bald Mountain straddles Sonoma and Napa Counties, and is part of Sugarloaf Ridge State Park. The park was set to close because of budget cuts, but was taken over by Team Sugarloaf (
http://sugarloafpark.org/Sugarloaf_R...Sugarloaf.html), a set of 5 non-profit organizations that have also taken over Jack London State Park in Glen Ellen.
