Traffic from Regina wanting to head towards Rosetown would just use Highway 15 straight west through Outlook. It’s just the thought of an incomplete circle that seems wrong.

We just need to stop thinking of this in terms of it being a circle, but as Saskatonians, circular drives, whether complete or not, are always on the brain!
