I'd say the most promising is 6637 Hollywood Blvd., next door to Musso and Franks.

.
The building housing the souvenir shop at 6637 Hollywood Boulevard is relatively new. The old building burned down. Before the fire, 6637 housed McGoo's Pizza Parlor in the 1960's. Prior to McGoo's, the address was home to Bradley's 5 & 10, (short beer: five cents, tall beer: ten cents) which was around during WWII and after.
