Broad Street Development filed a permit application to build a new 103,000-square-foot residential building at 304 Mulberry Street in Noho. The developer’s plans call for a 12-story structure containing 58 apartments and just over 11,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The residential units will be distributed as follows: seven each on the second through sixth floors, six each on the seventh through ninth floors and three units on the tenth floor. The top two floors will contain two duplex apartments between them.
The building will also include a gym, a swimming pool and a “multipurpose room” for tenants.
