A new building in a good location will help the Ice immensely in my opinion , Wayne Fleming Arena just doesn’t have any of the amenities you need now , the improvements they made were good but it’s just not what you need for junior hockey anymore , at some point to survive in Winnipeg they will need a modern facility and the Ice owners are smart guys they know this .
