Actually there's less limbo this week than there has been in the past couple. Especially since all of the movement has been in the right direction...
601 CM in escrow with a secured city loan... Hopefully Aura can begin construction in the next 30 days, should Nassi close the construction loan that (he claims) is locked up... (we'll see)
500 CM is cleared for construction and this one is privately financed and is already somewhat u/c (with the retaining wall) I imagine this one will be on the fast track..
