It looks really good, but have plans changed for the residential building? It looks like that park/plaza is where the residential building will go. Unless that would be temporary until a phase II?
EDIT: Everyone beat me to it lol. Maybe Jefferson wants total control of the project and thinks a park would be better for their overall campus vision and paid for the land? Seems like a huge change.
