I just see it as an opportunity for those who don't have the experience - to get the experience.

And after all, the detail i'm asking for pales in comparison to what would be expected at a professional level. These details really don't need to take a great amount of time, the use of tools such as copy paste can drastically reduce the time spent creating a model - For instance the model i posted a link to above took me only a few hours to complete.

Saying that, if anyone is interested in learning techniques to reduce time spent i am more than willing to help. Maybe i could do a video next time i build one?
