Work and life have kept me busy over the past few years so I haven't been keeping an up-to-date list of the progress of large projects in the area. There is, of course, a lot going on right now. Here is a quick update:
1. 15 story One Lakeside building broke ground Q2 2018. They are currently starting on the 7th floor. Tower crane has been there for a few months. Here are two crappy pictures I took today after stepping outside my office...

2. 4 story City of Coeur d'Alene public parking garage is completed and opened earlier this spring. Here are pictures from the construction a few months ago...
3. 4 story Seven 27 condo project will be completed by the end of the year. I don't have any pictures of construction but here is a rendering...
