So-so
i think its just a bad rendering in the paper cause theres nothing about this that really stands out except the 20 storie cut out! If anything it looks like a gussied up lowenberg design!!! u bunch of precast concrete stacked in a different kind of design. Maybe once the color rendering is revealed this will be more interesting
