I think I like this one the best as well. However, a few years back, I lived on the west side of SJ right next to the railroad tracks, so I can't imagine anyone wanting to buy a condo overlooking the tracks!
One of the other proposals has condos in the same area, but not right along the tracks. I think this would be a better idea.
