Permits have been filed for a 19-story office building at 310 Hudson Street in Hudson Square, Manhattan. Located between Spring Street and Vandam Street, the lot is two blocks west of the Spring Street subway station, serviced by the C and E trains. Andrew Arel of Disney Corporate Real Estate is listed as the owner behind the application under the Hudson Square Realty LLC .
The proposed 281-foot-tall development will yield 1,257,653 square feet, with 850,801 square feet designated for commercial space. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and four enclosed parking spaces.
Ted Gottesdiener of Skidmore Owings & Merrill is listed as the architect of record.
