Some very interesting tidbits in this article, including Post Brothers' proposal to demolish Liberties Walk and replace it with a 102-unit building of 3BR and 4BR apartments aimed at families who can't buy in the neighborhood. I get that Liberties Walk has never quite flourished, but all the same I'll be sort of sad to see it go given the unique character it creates in the area. Given that it's several blocks long, I wonder which blocks Post intends to redevelop?

Separately, the rendering provided in the article and posted in the Piazza Terminal thread shows an unnamed tower adjacent to the Terminal occupying the site where Post currently houses their offices in a 1-story warehouse. So I guess that's yet another redevelopment play.
