Billings looks to be a hip place to live! I just love the fact that there are so many crowds of people in the downtown area as compared to that of my own. Even our city festivals (La Festa Italiana, Fiesta en Scranton, Fine Arts Fiesta, Scranton Jazz Festival, Electric City Film Festival, etc.) are usually pretty poorly-attended. It's events like the strawberry festival that can pull a city like Billings
together.
