10 Madison Square West is what you're referring to, and steel has gone vertical on the top of the existing building. The Met Life Tower is also being converted into a hotel if I'm not mistaken. I've heard Credit Suisse's offices here are gorgeous, so a full blown conversion of all their buildings, assuming they move, into a hotel and condos would not be surprising.
