The last article I read on this was an estimated completion date of 2023. Obviously things change and, in the past few months have changed more than ever before, but any thoughts or insights if that's still a realistic timeline?
Does the economy and pandemic slow this down or possibly speed it up with a possible infrastructure stimulus package?
